• Graduate of a business or commmunication course, with high interest in theatre and events
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Highly-motivated; Team Player
  • Proficient in MS Office


  1. Conceptualize and implement PR stratergies within and outside the theatre that will resonate well with the local market (promo tours, TV guestings, photo shoots, interviews with the cast and crew)
  2. Maintain relationships with key media personalalities from television and editors from print/online publications
  3. Meet publicity requirements set by sponsors and partners (backstage tours, meet and greets)
  4. Analysis and tracking of Marketing campaigns and reporting results to management
  5. Assemble and seed press kits and media giveaways
  6. Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Executive on budgets and strategies for each show
  7. Establish and manage relationships with strategic partners
